An expert naturalist kayak guide will assist you in discovering the wonder of our marine wildlife and remote wildlife refuges. San Juan is the best place to view Orcas in their natural habitat. Plus you may see Bald Eagles, Seals, Tide Pools, Kelp Forests, Rugges Coastline and much more!

Never more than 10 guests, you will receive maximum personalized attention, intimate touring experience and maximum safety as you leisurely glide along. You will receive a paddling and safety lesson and be assisted into your kayak from the specially designed finger kayak docks. No wading into the water as the kayak docks allow for easy entry and exit and no time wasted loading and unloading kayaks. This tour boasts the exclusive launching rights from Friday Harbor.

Not only is this tour educational and great exercise, it is FUN!

San Juan Island has scenic coastlines and abundant wildlife in its waters.  Because of the exclusive launching rights in Friday Harbor, this excursion offers you the easiest and fastest approach to these seas.

Getting to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island:

Guest must first get to Anacortes where they can take the WA State Ferry to San Juan Island.

• Getting to Anacortes: Located approximately 85 miles and 1.5 Hours North of Seattle. Click here for Google Map and Driving Directions

• Ferry Tickets to San Juan Island: Ferry Transfer is available as early as 6:00am. You must board a Ferry that will get you to San Juan Island by 12:00 - 12:30pm so that you can make the 1:00pm Tour Departure Time. The Ferry Ride is designated as a Scenic Byway. • Upon arrival in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, our office is located at 2 Spring Street Landing, directly under Downriggers Restaurant located right on the water. Look for San Juan Safaris.

To San Juan by Air:

• Flights are offered from Seattle to San Juan. Guest wishing to fly to San Juan may contact Kenmore Air Services for rates and schedules.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
