Royal Argosy Lunch Cruise - Sample Menu

First Course:

• Trio of Spreads with Flat Bread and Crackers: Hummus, Olive Tapenade and Roasted Red Pepper Almond spreads served with assorted flat breads and crackers.

• New England Chowder: A rich and thick New England-style clam chowder made with diced clams, a rich clam stock, heavy cream, onions, bacon, celery and potatoes - a local favorite. -or-

• Royal Argosy Signature Salad:Baby field greens, Washington Granny Smith apples, Oregon blue cheese, candied walnuts, Bainbridge Island cinnamon swirl raisin bread croutons, tossed with a rosemary vinaigrette.

• Barbecue Prawns: Jumbo prawns in Hawaiian guava barbecue sauce served with Southwest corn salsa and garlic mashed potatoes. -or-

• Beef Stroganoff: A classic recipe with our own twist - hearty pieces of beef tenderloin, assorted seasonal mushrooms and a rich veal stock served over buttered noodles and topped with sour cream. -or-

• Tri-Colored Ravioli:Ricotta-mascarpone cheese-filled tri-colored ravioli and herbs, sun-dried tomato basil sauce and grilled vegetables served with Asiago cheese. -or-

• Kalbi Roasted Chicken: Kalbi marinated chicken breast topped with a sherry vinegar glaze; served with pineapple rice and market vegetables.

• Northwest Cheesecake:A Northwest version of a New York classic with fresh strawberries and berry sauce drizzle. -or-

Departure Location:

The Royal Argosy is docked at Pier 56 in Seattle at 1201 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98101. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to cruise time for boarding. Click here for a Google Map Link.

Parking:

A limited amount of valet parking is available every evening after 6:00p.m. The valet is located at on Alaskan Way in front of Pier 56. Public parking lots, which charge a fee, are available close to Pier 56. Parking under the Alaskan Way viaduct/99 is good for two hours and numerous pay lots are in the area.
